The Treatmenthouse is a government-approved Ayurvedic Centre. It has been classified in the premium category ‘Ayur Diamond’ (formerly ‘Green Leaf’) since 2007. The classification system was introduced by the Kerala government to ensure the quality of Ayurvedic treatments.
The Treatmenthouse, built in traditional Kerala architecture, is situated on the Karamana River in the small village of Choozhattukotta south-east of Kerala’s capital Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram). Surrounded by beautiful scenery with coconut palms, mango trees, and banana shrubs, this place provides a peaceful environment to relax from everyday life while revitalizing your health and wellbeing.

We have 18 rooms available. Each is supplied with a private balcony, veranda or terrace, and en suite bathroom with hot shower, ceiling fan, and mosquito net.
Yoga asana classes are offered each day in the late afternoon. At other times the yoga hall is freely available for your personal practice. Yoga mats are provided. The yoga hall can also be booked by external yoga groups.
There is a temple on the grounds of the treatment center that is very close to our hearts. Poojas take place here regularly.
Approximately 30 minutes drive to Trivandrum you will find some city adventure to get some presents and to get to know some urban experiences.
Kovalam Beach is approximately 17 km away to go for a nice ocean view and walk at the beach.
